What a great job! I knew in talking with you that you were the "right people" for the job. Not only did your care and attention to detail in designing the system show you were knowledgeable, but also that you would do the same in the installation process. I could honestly say that the house had never been more "equal" in temperature - and comfort. I was told many years ago by my HVAC mentor that a well designed and installed system should go nearly un-noticed. Meaning no sudden changes in temperatures, cold spots or warm spots, etc...you know...comfortable! It certainly says a great deal to transform a house that posed such a challenge.

“I wanted to take a moment to thank you and your brother and the whole Bryan and Suns crew for the excellent job you did installing and “tweaking” the geothermal heating and air conditioning units in my Chardon home.
When one of my units broke down in the summer of ‘06, I called the largest, most recognizable name in geothermal heating and cooling in our area. Their representative came out almost immediately. But their estimate seemed very high so I went in search of another estimate. I was surprised to discover how few companies install geothermal units. After finally finding another company that would give me an estimate, I was again surprised at the cost. I found another company that said that they would come out but never did, and another company that came out but didn’t want to do the job saying that they did not have enough expertise with geothermal to install my units………
……So again let me thank you for the great work you did at a fair price. I also appreciate the times that you came back to fine tune my system. I hope that you will take my advice and expand more freely into geothermal. The time is perfect for more geothermal and you have proven that you are the real experts in this field.”

Just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the technician that came to my home this morning. Jim Price was very polite answered all my questions, explained to me the work he did on my furnace and why he did it . I purchased a maintenance agreement from you and would appreciate it if you would note on it that I would like to have Jim come out again next year.
Just like when you find a good auto mechanic, he knows your car, what repairs he's done in the past and gives you good service so you keep going back.
